Warranty

Every piece we sell is covered by a 24-month Dolce Vita warranty against mechanical defects, in addition to any remaining manufacturer coverage. The Dolce Vita warranty covers mainspring, escapement and movement issues on watches, and stitching, hardware and structural integrity on leather goods.

Independently of the 24-month mechanical warranty, every piece is accompanied by a lifetime authenticity guarantee. Should any item we have certified ever be proven inauthentic by the original manufacturer, we will buy it back at the full original purchase price. This guarantee is non-transferrable and requires the original signed Dolce Vita Certificate of Authenticity.

The warranty does not cover fair wear and tear, damage from misuse or accidents, water damage on watches not rated for the exposure, or work carried out by unauthorised third parties. Damage or defects arising from the actions of couriers or third-party service centres are handled through their respective insurance and warranty channels.
