Terms & Conditions

These terms govern the relationship between Dolce Vita Shopping ("we", "us") — a boutique luxury dealer registered in the United Arab Emirates, Unit 107, Building 8, Dubai Design District — and any client purchasing, consigning or otherwise transacting with us.

Every piece we sell is verified in-house through our four-stage authentication process and issued with a signed Dolce Vita Certificate of Authenticity. Title passes to the buyer only upon receipt of cleared funds in full. We warrant that we hold clear title to every item at the time of sale.

Prices are quoted in AED and are exclusive of duties, taxes and shipping unless otherwise stated. Accepted methods include debit and credit card, bank wire, buy-now-pay-later through our finance partners, and — on request for orders above a threshold — cryptocurrency. Reservations are held for 48 hours pending payment.

We ship insured worldwide via Brinks, Ferrari and FedEx priority networks, typically within 48 hours of cleared payment. Full terms are set out on our Shipping page. Risk of loss passes to the buyer on delivery to the carrier, but every parcel is insured at full replacement value until signed for by the recipient.

Unworn pieces with intact packaging, tags and accessories may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, less shipping and insurance costs. Bespoke, sized and personalised items are non-returnable. See our Returns page for the full procedure.

Every piece carries a 24-month Dolce Vita warranty against mechanical defects in addition to any remaining manufacturer coverage. Details are on our Warranty page.

Items consigned to us are held under insured, vaulted conditions. Consignor agreements are documented separately and specify reserve prices, commissions, insurance coverage, and settlement timing.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Dubai courts, unless we agree in writing to arbitration.
