Every piece is dispatched from our Dubai Design District boutique within 48 hours of cleared payment, insured at full replacement value from door to door. We ship to over 40 countries.

High-value pieces travel via Brinks Global Services and Ferrari Group secured logistics; standard shipments move on FedEx International Priority. All shipments require the signature of the named recipient at delivery — packages are never left unattended.

Shipping and insurance costs are quoted at checkout and vary by destination and declared value. For international deliveries, import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer and are collected by the carrier or local customs authority on arrival. Our concierge can provide a full landed-cost estimate on request before payment.

A tracking number and a direct line to our shipping desk are issued as soon as your parcel leaves the boutique. For high-value shipments, we can arrange scheduled delivery windows or handover at a location of your choice within the destination city.
