Who we are

Dolce Vita Shopping is a boutique luxury dealer registered in the United Arab Emirates, operating from Unit 107, Building 8, Dubai Design District. This Privacy Policy explains how we process personal data belonging to visitors, buyers, sellers and consignors, in compliance with the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021) and, where applicable, the EU General Data Protection Regulation.

What we collect

Identity and contact data (name, email, phone, delivery and billing address), transaction data (order history, payment confirmations, invoices), authentication documentation supplied by consignors, and technical data (IP address, device type, aggregate site usage). We do not store full card numbers — all payments are processed by PCI-DSS certified providers.

How we use it

To fulfil orders, arrange insured worldwide shipping, provide after-sales and warranty service, verify the authenticity of items submitted for sale, comply with anti-money-laundering and customs obligations, and — only with your explicit consent — to send curated communications about new arrivals.

Sharing and transfers

Client data is shared only with the parties needed to complete a transaction: shipping carriers (Brinks, Ferrari, FedEx), insurance underwriters, payment processors, and regulators when legally required. We never sell client data. Cross-border transfers are protected by standard contractual clauses.

Retention

Transaction records are retained for seven years to comply with UAE commercial and tax regulations. Marketing preferences are retained until you withdraw consent. Authentication files are retained indefinitely so we may honour the Dolce Vita Certificate of Authenticity for the lifetime of the piece.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, deletion of, or the export of your personal data at any time by writing to privacy@dolcevitashopping.com. We respond within thirty days.

Security

All records are stored on encrypted infrastructure with access limited to trained personnel on a need-to-know basis. High-value inventory and consignor documentation are additionally protected by vault-grade physical controls at our Dubai Design District premises.
